This notice covers the BBear pre-launch site at bbear.com and bbear.ai, operated by BBear, Inc. We collect as little as possible and use it only for the purposes below. When the full product launches, a complete privacy policy will replace this notice.

What we collect

• What you send us: your email address and any message you choose to include in the early-access form, or anything you email to us directly.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand visits — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. In regions that require consent, analytics cookies are off until you say yes; you can decline everywhere.

How we use it

• To tell you when BBear launches and to send early-access invitations.
• To reply when you write to us.
• To understand interest in BBear so we launch it well.

We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make this site work — analytics (Google Analytics) and, when configured, a form-delivery provider that routes submissions to our inbox. Each acts on our instructions. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Launch-list emails are kept until launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.

Your choices and rights

• Decline analytics using the choice bar on the site — or change your mind later by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete anything you've sent us — one email to roar@bbear.com does it.
• Unsubscribe from launch emails at any time.
• Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have additional legal rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information. Write to us and we'll honor them.
